Home Pig Roast
The tradition of the hog roast goes back a long way. At Wilderness Edge we choose to roast our pork in a large stone oven for 22 hours, starting with a dry rub and ending in a wet BBQ rub. We include various cracked peppers, onions and various spices and sauces to make it super tender and tasty!
